Achieve spaces we never dreamt of, touchdown milestones we never thought of. And all this starts right from the early days of a child. It is said that a positive environment, proper education and a healthy upbringing determine the development of one’s mental and character development. Dr Anupama Dahale from Genius Tots is found to be one of the best in such legends. We had an inspiring conversation with her and here’s what she has to say about a child’s growth and their serene contribution to it. Let’s take a peek at her journey.
1)Tell us about your journey. How and when did your brand & what has been the inspiration?
Kids have always been the centre of focus for me. I believe the proper nurturing and care of any child during their early days is key to their successful growth of character and personality whether it be physical or mental.
Basically, I am a Practicing Pediatrician for 25 yrs and in 2018 started Genius Tots Preschool as a passion. My love for children and concern for their well being and education drove me to start this initiative.
I and my whole team strongly drive our inspiration from – “Our Passion Their Future” which is also our Motto.
2) What is unique about your brand?
We strongly believe in strong mental development and the right attitude for a child, And just so we do not run short on ideas, for a new method of teaching and effective learning: We have a diverse team of IITians and IIMs as advisors because we want our students to be taught in a most effective and productive manner. We just don’t educate them. We build and prepare them for upcoming challenges.
With the unique concept of Rotating Classroom, which is the first of its kind in North Maharashtra and an excellent level of education, we strive to be the best option for kids and their parents.
We have also received The Best StandAlone PreSchool Award – from ECDF in 2021-2022
3) Tell us about the team.
The Covid did hit us pretty hard and the concern of every parent is right on spot about their Children’s safety and education. During the Pandemic as well, we kept on imparting education through our online and digital mediums.
Our varied array of Faculty believes in our motto, they all are highly qualified and successful parents as well as individuals. You can be relieved that our faculty are very poised yet soft as they prefer to understand individual kids’ thought processes and advance them in the correct path as every kid is unique and special in their own way.
4) Any message to the Working Parents?
Have faith in us, Every kid’s growth is as important to us as to any parent for their own kid. And we will give every second of our time to ensure their proper channelled growth. I believe with a proper contribution from both parents and school and tracking their kids’ growth while discussing, the next step for the future can be the key to a healthy and successful tomorrow.
