I was a consultant and complete #Workaholic- crazy work hours, impossible deadlines & demanding clients were part of the game. Life was fast & furious and I loved it. Just when I wanted to push higher, my little angel came to this world. Her adorable smile and affection transformed me completely. Like every mom, I wanted to provide her with the best care without giving up on my professional aspirations. Not willing to give up I looked for good daycares with flexible/spontaneous services and that’s when I realized how difficult it is to find the right one. Being the#Ambitious #Problemsolver person I am, I thought of creating an accessible, flexible & trustworthy Childcare ecosystem with the help of other women entrepreneurs who are a part of our network. I have over 17 years of experience having worked with Aon Hewitt.

I had a successful corporate career & was enjoying the festival called “Life”. It got even better with arrival of my beautiful baby girl. Determined to strike a balance, got back to work but found myself stretching at home & work. Being the Doting mother and committed employee I felt I was missing something. Blessed with a sunshine boy, my resolve to make things work doubled. Heading gender diversity at one of the leading companies, I tackled challenges that women faced from close quarters. The idea of simplifying early learning and care for parents clicked instantly and this started the genesis of ProEves with my co founder. I have over 17 years of experience having worked with Aon Hewitt, Unilever South Asia.

I lead corporate business development and am instrumental in enabling child care benefits for key clients. I am an innovator at heart and am driven to come up with new products that meet the changing requirements of our clients. I have over 15 years of experience in the corporate sector and previously worked with a leading HR consulting firm Aon Hewitt.

Coming from a corporate background with experience in service excellence, project management, and process enhancement I am able to enhance and optimize operations at ProEves. I enjoy working with and mentoring the team to ensure that we continuously make our processes more efficient and customer-friendly. I have over 12 years of experience having worked with organizations like Sitel India and Tech Mahindra.

From being a corporate professional to a full-time mother and bouncing back to being a working mom, life has been a roller coaster. With this eagerness and understanding of work-life balance, I bring in a valuable approach at ProEves in streamlining the delivery of digital products as I have experience in Operations, Project management, Digital Marketing & People Management. I have over 11 years of experience having worked with Tata Teleservices, HSBC, Renaissance, and Digit Insurance.

I have worked in different industries and figured that I am at my best and the happiest working with children! I became a part of ProEves, who supports parents to ease their childcare decision. I and my team reaches out to customers who are looking for preschool and daycare and counsel them to make the right decisions for their child. I have 19 years of work experience having worked with Esparanza, Oakridge School, Club Mahindra, ITC Group and HDFC.

I have around 13 yrs of work experience in IT Project Management. New product launch and people management are my strengths. ProEves has been a second home for me where I get to leverage my strengths and work across both technology and new product verticals. I am also a budding entrepreneur who is trying to create greener space for our future generations.

Experienced in web technologies since 2012, leading a team of developers and delivering strategic projects across sectors. I have been working as a full-time freelancer with various clients across the globe and primarily ProEves. I have 12 years of experience working with organizations like JL Morison, Mahindra, Tata and Wizcraft.

Web Developer with 10 years of experience in communicating with clients to determine website specifications, creating schedules, writing code, working with a team of designers, and resolving all the challenges on daily basis. I have worked with organizations like Piramal reality, Tata Motors, Mahindra, IBM, and Microsoft.

Being a postgraduate in Computer Application, I take a deep interest in website development. I want to take on new challenges over time. ProEves gives me the opportunity to continuously raise the bar and build expertise in my domain. I am a football enthusiast and like to watch it, irrespective of time. I have 5 years of work experience.

Green Belt Holder in Six Sigma, streamlining and enhancing processes has been my forte. As Product Head, I build programs that nurture Child’s Early Learning which are delivered in physical and digital medium. I have 14 years of work experience in hospitality and and tourism as a corporate trainer having worked with organizations like Oberoi and ITC Hotels.

I am a go getter and challenges drive me. I support ProEves edge operations by providing childcare solutions to our clients. I manage center bookings, liasioning with centers and ensure timely bookings and analytics. I have 10 years of work experience and have worked with Hutchison Essar Digilink, Middle Earth Business House Pvt. Ltd., and NIHT Software India Ltd.

I have expertise in client servicing and handling escalations. At ProEves. I handle corporate accounts, speak to parents regarding their daycare requirements and help them choose an appropriate daycare. I have 8 years of work experience and have worked with organizations like Citi Bank , Willis, Capita and HTMT.

I started my journey in the advertising field 6 years back and since then, there is no looking back. I hustled between traditional marketing, TVC, and digital marketing and associated with some niche brands for their digital campaigns. At ProEves I lead the performance marketing function, continuously looking at new campaigns and what appeals to our target segment. I have 6 years of experience and have worked with organizations like Network18, Eggfirst Advertising Pvt Ltd, Ogilvy.

I am a digital & social marketing expert. Covering diverse sectors - hospitality, retail, and Ed-tech. I enjoy creating new things, especially in the digital ecosystem. Through my creative skills I am able to present ProEves to our customers such that the brand recall and engagement is high. I have 6 years of work experience and have worked with organizations like Eventum Marketing Services and Iarani Inc

I am passionate about understanding business requirements and delivering it through ensuring the right skills are available in the team. Leading the people function in a start up is exciting as everyone is self driven and ready to take new challenges. I enjoy connecting with our team and ensuring they are aligned to our vision and growing our employer brand. I have 5 years of experience and have worked with Unilever and Google Maps.
