- Coordinate on meals & transport in advance
- Staff should have all parents’ contact details with addresses
- Pickup & drop points have to shared in advance. Keep it to & from school in case of confusion.
- Select site wisely. The younger ones won’t be able to travel too far
- Don’t make it all about learning, add fun factor to each trip & you will return with happy faces 😊
