It’s that time of year again! Time to focus on the New Year, the new you and your keeping your new year resolutions. If you haven’t yet decided on any new year resolutions, then do so quickly. Because coming up with resolutions forces us to reflect on our actions during the past year. When you decide to make a resolution, you are deciding that you need to change something about yourself. “2019 is going to see a brand-new and revived Divyanka! My resolution for the year is to leave behind all the lethargy and exhaustion, and achieve unattempted feats. I would love to explore other platforms and other forms of performing arts. As an actor, I also want to experiment with characters.”  says Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya of Ye Hai Mohabbatein on Star Plus. She wants to explore new roles in her life.

Actress Ashnoor Kaur of Patiala Babes on Sony TV is all for her well-being and says “My New Year resolution is quite common. I’ll dedicate at least one hour for the well-being of my body every day and exercise in any form, be it dancing or working out in the gym or swimming because I tend to get lazy at times.”

Actor Nakul Mehta of Star Plus’ Ishqbaaaz. suggested to make resolutions beyond ‘just being extremely fit or be able to get a great job or doing well in studies.’ He urged everyone to rather make resolutions which are about finding our new selves. “Let’s make resolutions which are about finding our new selves because what would a new year be without a new us.”

 “For a complete life, one needs to fulfil both personal and professional aspirations. So, in 2019, I want to dive into unexplored waters, take on daring opportunities, keep entertaining my fans and be the best in everything I do. I also want to stay healthy and fit. Most importantly, I will ensure that I stay happy and positive.” Says Actress Hina Khan of Kasauti Zindagi Kay Season 2. She wants to focus on being fit and have a positive outlook in the new year.

Actress Shubhangi Atre of Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai) wants to control her sweet tooth and says “I love sweets and chaat, and this year, I am determined to control my overindulgence. I want to practise yoga every day for an hour. Also, I believe in Ayurveda and naturopathy and want to change my entire lifestyle. I will stop gymming and just work on the core muscles.”
