Cradle to crayons preschool and daycare is an initiative by Suncity School. It supports and respects the uniqueness of every family, child and individual and actively works to promote a nurturing environment that mentors, champions and supports the rights of all.

• We recognize and respect that children have their own sense of identity, that they are capable, active learners and that they have the right to a holistic, non-biased, non-judgmental, caring environment in which to grow and learn.

For the convenience of parents we started Daycare from 9:00 Am to 6:00 Pm in April 2015

Tell us about Owner and your experience

Head of School — Ms.Tulika is an extremely focused preschool educationist. She believes in raising the children with the right mix of warmth, affection and direction. A great team leader she has taken CradletoCrayons to new heights in short span of 1 year.

Pastoral Care Incharge — Ms. Dimple Arora is a Software Engineer, she had vast experience in Training of Kids.  She understand the milestones and skills children should learn at each age. She works with Patience and positive frame of mind.

Tell us about the experience at your center, what do your children definitely provide

• Each day is planned in such a way that children gain some learning out of it.
• A time table is made to run the course of day.
• Diaper checks/changes are to occur (as a minimum)
• Equipment is maintained in a safe and hygienic manner at all times.
• Healthy eating is modeled and promoted. Menu is mailed to the parents
• Well stocked Library
• Pick up from the Gate
• CCTV Surveillance children exeat cards are provided.
• Transport facility available.
• Nurse on Call
• Well trained Nannies.
• There are opportunities every day for active play (indoor, outdoor and excursions)Dance, art and craft, pottery and music.
• Hygiene procedures are actively promoted eg hand washing, nose wiping and toileting etc.

Daycare teachers enjoy working with children — and the children know that. They are kind to all children and do not discriminate against children of different races or abilities. Patience is exercised throughout the day as children throw tantrums, make messes and exert extreme amounts of energy. Even when it is difficult or children do not cooperate, daycare teachers are focused on the best interests of the children in their care and are dedicated to helping them learn and grow.
