It’s always gratifying to know that your little one loves you and need you around the clock. At the same time your Job demands time, it gives you an opportunity to stay connected to the larger world and satisfies your natural yearning for intellectual stimulation. Although you cherish your family, you’ll appreciate that not everything in life revolves around them.

1) Role Models for Your Kiddo: Every kid have a role model in his/her life, and the first real role model is their mother, it’s wonderful for a daughter to see her mother working hard, managing her career and family simultaneously. 2) Kids becomes Independent : At early age they learn how to take care of themselves, instead of depending on help. Because they will be fending for themselves until mom gets home. And when mom gets home, they will be participating in tasks around the house. They know how to keep house clean, how to take care of their laundry, living for their school, class or college by their own. This attitude of independence help them to grow more wisely.

4) Quality of Time with Kids & Family: Working mother generally plan a weekend family trips, watching movies with kids, going for drive and shopping. Which is less compare to mom who is staying at home, because they see parenting role as a 24-Hours day work. Which make them less keen to plan and schedule quality time with their kids.

5) Happy and Positive: It’s a saying if one is happy from inside he spreads the positive energizes all around, the same science is for a working women with the positive energy and happiness, keeps her kids and family always energetic by playing games. Spending time with good laugh which keeps everyone’s life more happy and lively

6) Financial Security: Last but not the least the Kids feel more financially secured, if there both parents are working. This gives them an independence to grow in their career and life without the baggage of taking households/financial responsibilities’ at earlier age
