We seek the finest and most positive individuals in all of our life, regardless of the reality or problems of today, especially now. So that we can grow and develop as better human beings. We all need some good and terrible events to help us grow our sense of judgment and experience, because we all make decisions in life based on some form of experience, whether it is our own or someone else’s. Similarly, when it comes to our young children, who are still in the formative years of their development, they have yet to determine what is good or bad, to gather experience through observation, but are instead trapped, like us, behind four walls. These children have taken on the role of “Ishaan Awasthi from Taare Zameen Par” since they are aware of what is going on around them and participate in world events via a virtual platform instead of just feeling those moments in person and enjoying.

The human body and brain are built to gather real-life experiences and learn from them; we may disagree and become enraged when our children make mistakes, but these errors are the most important lessons they will learn in their lives.

And, throughout their formative years, education, mentors, teachers, guides, and friends are just as crucial as the presence of a parent. Everyone has a unique function to perform in the lives of others. However, unlike us parents, the centre assumes responsibility for many children as if they are their own children.

We’ve all matured and acclimated to the realities and times of today. Yet, we are impeding our children’s development, both mentally and physically. A child’s preschool is a milestone as important as eating because, while we may not recall what we were taught in our early years, we do remember the learning and life lessons we received there.

1.   Tell us about your journey. How and when did you start your brand and what has been the inspiration?

I’ve always felt that a child’s early years are one of the most crucial stages in their development since they not only assist their process but also create their character and set their destiny. My never-ending passion for children inspired me to establish this effort, and Sanfort assisted me in making my vision and goal a reality.

I am working as a Branch Head at Sanfort Preschool Anaura Kala. It has been a wonderful experience working with this brand as Sanfort is the U.K. Concept International Preschool Chain that has redefined the early year learning space in India. SANFORT – The U. K. Concept Preschool Chain is the brainchild of Eminent Educationist couple Dr. S. K. Rathor & Mrs Kavita Rathor. Their undying passion for education inspired him to venture into early year education. They started their first preschool in 1999 with a bouquet of attractions, concepts and role play models for tiny tots based on the ‘play-way’ methodology or ‘learning by doing.

Dr. S. K. Rathor is decorated with the “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” for his contribution in the field of education and is awarded as “The Most Successful Educationist in Early Childhood Education.

Mrs Kavita Rathor, Founder Director

She is a renowned personality in the field of preschool education. She researched and innovated various unique concepts and developed a distinct preschool education system. She has written a series of books for SANFORT and is deeply involved in designing & developing the curriculum. She has been awarded as the “Women Entrepreneur of the year 2018” for her contribution to the field of education. Her success story is published in the leading newspapers “NavBharat Times” & “Hindustan Times” and many other leading publications. The husband-wife duo was awarded as “Educationist Couple Of The Year 2017”.

Ms Sneha Rathor, CEO- Sanfort Group Of Schools

Ms Sneha Rathor a PG researcher in Childhood Studies and Early Years from Leeds Beckett University, U.K. and Bachelor in Commerce from Delhi University is known to be one of the youngest early years and parenting experts in India and has also been awarded as the “Youngest Edupreneur of the Year 2018”. Ms Rathor, a member of the founding team, backed Sanfort as a CEO- Academics & Innovations after completing her PG research. She is the primary source behind curriculum designing & development, training, and innovations at Sanfort.

Mr Abhishek Rathor, COO- Chief operating officer

Mr Abhishek Rathor has opted for the specialization in Marketing and Business Development, aspires high and likes to take higher responsibilities. Proving the same notion, he is heading operations of the company at Head Office. He comes with new ideas, strategies and initiatives and tries to shape and mould the procedures of day to day working styles of the different departments. With the help of his team, he has also worked hard to establish smooth and procedural relations with the running Branches.
