As a family we love to travel. I have a 6 year old boy and a 3 year old girl. We have been doing both international and domestic trips once my daughter turned 1 year. I make sure their breakfast and dinner are fillings and nourishing. Hence I feed them rasam rice with boiled eggs and steamed veggies on most days. During lunch they are free to eat what they want. They even live on snacks.
