Daycare Support
- Raise a Daycare Request (Raise a daycare query/schedule visit/onboard centre requests and get answers from Childcare experts)
- Expert Session ( Early Childhood Care and Education Expert Video on Daycare Decision)
- Submit Admission Declaration Request (Close your daycare decision & submit your Daycare declaration form and then upload your enrolment form/admission form)
- Register Daycare Complaint (Raise any complaint of your daycare and we will assist to resolve)
- FAQs ( Frequently asked questions regarding Daycare decision and admission )
Virtual Care Support
- Access to Online Camps, Activities, and Events
- Access to Online Child-minder /Teacher: 1:1 session for kids led by teacher/minder
- Access to Online Coaches for parents
- If you are confused about any camps or between two teacher minder profile, login a Counsel request
