This Child virtual program service (“Program/Event”) has been arranged for enablement of Accenture (India) Pvt. Ltd. (“Accenture”)’s employees and your participation in the same is voluntary. This Program/Event offers virtual camps, classes and coaching and query handling on parenting, early education, skill based/academic topics and is designed purely for Accenture’s employees’ awareness. The information provided in the Program/Event should not be construed as personal (or) medical (or) educational advice/instruction. No action should be taken based solely on the content of this Program/Event by the respective employees. Any action should be taken in conjunction with advice from consulting experts in any matter related to the participant’s education and wellbeing. Accenture, their team and ProEves experts shall not be held responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever.
In case, you intend to participate in the said Program/Event, you hereby agree that:
1) You are aware that this is the Program/Event scheduled for the timelines communicated only for Accenture’s employees. Accenture at its sole discretion can cancel or withdraw this Program/Event at any point of time.
2) You understand that Accenture’s endeavour in this Program/Event is employee engagement only;
3) You are taking part in this Program/Event at your own interest/risk. The Company (i.e. Accenture) and/or its vendor- ProEves shall have no responsibility of any kind related to any claims due to your participation; The service provider, ProEves shall however cooperate with you for driving resolution in case of any untoward incidents; and
4) You have read and understood all the provisions related to this Program/Event, should you wish to participate.
By way of registration, I hereby confirm and provide my express consent that:
a) I am participating in the Program/Event managed by ProEves and their empanelled experts during which I shall receive information and guidance about various parenting, early education, academic & skill based educational topics for myself and my child;
b) I shall take full responsibility of accessing and referring to this Program/Event and shall not hold Accenture responsible for the information that is provided under this Program/Event;
c) I have read and understood all the information received on the subject, shared earlier through e-mails and awareness sessions, and I am also aware of the risks associated with the Program/Event;
d) I am taking part in this Program/Event at my own interest, risk and that Accenture shall have no responsibility of any kind;
e) I am aware that the purpose of the said Coaching Program/Event is not to render any medical advice and only generic discussions related to childcare and parenting. Accordingly, I hereby agree that my participation in the said Program/Event and further, any opinion or advice rendered by ProEves experts during this Program/Event shall not be considered as medical advice and I shall always talk in advance to my healthcare professionals (i.e. doctor), as a pre-emptive measure. I hereby acknowledge that Accenture disclaims any responsibility related to the expert opinion rendered during this Program/Event to me and in accordance with this, I hereby agree to expressly waive-off my right to file any claim against Accenture related to this Program/Event;
f) I shall be solely responsible for sharing any personal identifiable information, personal health information and any other sensitive information directly with ProEves at my own risk during the said Program/Event and Accenture assumes no liability for the same. I acknowledge that Accenture shall have no role in sharing my personal identifiable information, personal health information and any other sensitive information with ProEves and accordingly, I shall not hold Accenture responsible for the same.
g) I shall be solely responsible for the decisions related to my child basis this Program/Event and shall not hold Accenture responsible for the same post my participation in the said Program/Event;
h) I hereby acknowledge and agree that Accenture shall not, in any manner, be responsible for, and I shall indemnify and keep indemnified and harmless from and against, all and any claims, demands, losses, damages, penalties, liabilities, expenses and proceedings (including reasonable attorney fees and other expenses incurred by them in relation thereto), for any direct, indirect or consequential damage resulting due to my participation during or after the said Program/Event.
Should you intend to participate in the said Program/Event, in that case your participation in the subject Program/Event shall be considered as deemed acceptance to the aforesaid terms and conditions and shall be legally binding. Accenture reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any point of time.
