This is an online childcare portal available for Optum parents, that serves as a trusted resource to support working parents in making the best choices for childcare.

One of the toughest decisions that a parent has to make is finalizing a good daycare for their child. The resources available here will provide information to help you make the best decision for your child / children. The left panel of the portal gives access to best-in-class daycares near-site and near-home locations. Employees will also have options for virtual care programs from listed brands which can be accessed via this portal. In case the parents do not wish to choose physical daycare they can opt for virtual care option of the listed brands.

Key Features are as follows :

• Raise a Query Request (Raise a daycare query/Know about Virtual care programs/ other queries etc)
• Deciding Daycare Tutorial (Early Childhood Care and Education Expert Video on Daycare Decision)
• Submit Declaration (Close your daycare decision & submit your Daycare declaration form to start the daycare booking)
• Register Daycare Complaint (Raise any complaint of your daycare and we will assist to resolve)
• Submit Termination Form (When you decide to terminate daycare/virtual services)

Virtual Program

You can access virtual programs via the left panel . For Virtual programs by daycares, please raise a query request in case you want to know more. For skill camps and career mentoring program click on the respective tabs to know more and register for the program.

Points to Note:

1. For company sponsorship, parents can either choose virtual care or physical care for daycare offerings. Career mentoring is applicable only for 13-18 years. Virtual skills camps for parents who are not using daycare support in any form. For daycare programs, any cancellation or refunds will be applicable as per brand policy. For Career mentoring program & Virtual camps, cancellation and refunds are not applicable.
2. As per the relevant provisions of the Income-tax Act, the benefits extended to employees on account of all wellness programs and daycare/ creche facilities will be considered as a perquisite in the hands of the employees and will be taxed accordingly as per employee's income tax slab. This is to ensure due compliances are being done by the organization. The employee utilizing these benefits will bear the perquisite tax amount on the cost borne by organization as per applicable income tax slab based on employee's income.
