Indian women entrepreneurs of today, who are chartering unknown\nterritories fearlessly & successfully, be it in ecommerce, education,\ninvesting, travel, fashion, retail, fitness, hiring, childcare and anything and\neverything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In women empowerment, education & social support plays a crucial role.\nAnd these women are doing it well by leading the education & daycare\nindustry. These empowered leading ladies of Edge centres are successfully\nrunning their venture in childcare industry to support other working women:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rimjhim & Kanika Bahl <\/strong>Founders of\u00a0 The Courtyard<\/a><\/strong> The main purpose behind our centre is to support working mothers not only take care of their kids\u2019s physical well-being but also their emotional, intellectual, creative and gross motor development. Hence all of us often refer to our centre as the \u2018One stop shop\u2019 for moms. My experience as a Montessorian along with the fact that both Kanika and I are mothers has been instrumental in understanding the mind-set of mothers and ensuring that we provide the best for their children. In our 6 years we have had the good fortune of being part of the upbringing of many young ones. We have seen them grow up into beautiful individuals with good social skills characterized by their ability to share, care and interact positively with children of varying ages and adults. Our philosophy always has been to \u2018Follow the child\u2019 and we are happy to see the positive results that it has yielded in our children which is reflected in the smiles on the mothers\u2019 faces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Archana Tandon, Principal, <\/strong>Kindercare Preschool & Daycare<\/strong><\/a> comes with over 35 years of experience in the education sector. After engaging with prestigious schools like DPS, Springdales and heading Air Force Vidya Bharti School, she turned to the path of entrepreneurship and started Kinder Care, one of the leading play school and day care centers in Gurgaon. A seasoned educationist, she specializes in training teachers to promote holistic child development, in addition to successfully nurturing young fledglings for 15+ years. The motto of \u2018Hold the world with Care and Kindness\u2019 is indicative of their aim and ideal. Following this philosophy, the teachers & staff ensure a stress free, non- competitive environment, to prepare independent, confident and compassionate individuals. They want to create an environment for the children which not only make them feel at home but also encourage creativity among children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taposhree Choudhury<\/strong>, Franchisee owner of Maple Bear<\/strong><\/a>, Salt Lake \u00a0Kolkata says, \u201cI had never worked when my kids were young. There were \u00a0really no good daycare services earlier. I never wanted to leave them \u00a0with the household support. When my child started his preschooling, I \u00a0was really satisfied with the services & always felt that I can do a \u00a0better job with kids. The curriculum at Youngin\nfollows the theory of Harvard Gardner. The yearly assessment is also based on\nthis theory. They always seek for a chance to closely discuss with parent about\nthe growth graph of the children and to do it better. The worksheets are\ndesigned by the academic team. We believe in transparency to parents and always\nmotivated to provide quality childcare & do better for working parent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hetal Waghela<\/strong> started Nectar\u2019s Cove<\/strong><\/a> with a goal that; every parent feels good about their childcare choice, where children are safe, engaged, educated, and smiling. They want kids to cherish the particular part of their childhood <\/strong>and keep them in happy memories of it. They <\/strong>strive to partner with parents and are completely transparent in their programs and curriculum. As a part of daily routine they continuously self-assess and look to improve, and communicate with parent on paramount part of the childcare environment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
