Try these simple tips this year to make this time fun \u2013 for the\nentire family!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some options on how you can manage both<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Work from home<\/strong>&#8211;\nWorking from home is a modern day phenomenon! Working from home makes it\npossible for a mother to be a full time mother and give her best at work too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Explore summer\ncamps and register your child for one<\/strong>&#8211; These days, there&#8217;s a summer camp based\non almost any topic. Ask your child what interests them &#8211; whether they love to\ndraw, play basketball, or learn new languages, there&#8217;s sure to be a class,\nteam, or camp where they can learn more about their passions. Plus, it&#8217;s a\ngreat way for them to meet new friends who also share their interests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Plan for alternate\ntimings<\/strong>&#8211; Working moms have a lot on their plate, and it&#8217;s their right to\nask daddy to take a bite. A big one! Figure out how the spouse can get involved\nin childcare during these busy months. Maybe he takes over for an hour every\nday &#8212; trip to the park, takes them swimming or does the bedtime ritual. If you\nwork best at different hours, snag nighttime for yourself and let him have the\na.m. hours. Your partner can leave early and be&nbsp;\nback early.
