Teachers are the backbone of any preschool. Teachers, young and old, new and experienced constantly develop and educate themselves to meet the needs of children. There\u2019s no limit to learning and teachers believe in this. ProEves reached out to the curriculum head\u00a0Mrs. Arti Mohan<\/strong>\u00a0of a leading preschool & daycare chain \u2013\u00a0Ipsaa<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>to know how they work on their teachers training. Let\u2019s have a look at what she has to say:<\/p>\n

\u201cIpsaa curriculum has been prepared keeping in mind their preschool as well as daycare kids which is for all age groups right from 4 months to 12 years. It\u2019s based on the fact that each groups need to absorb and inculcate habits and routines for a lifetime. Learning is a never-ending process; Ipsaa very well understands that each child is hungry to gain knowledge & that\u2019s where they take special care while designing their curriculum. The mentors who run the centers are trained accordingly, as they need to be able to deliver such knowledge. They need to understand the intricacies of the curriculum and the implementation in class.<\/p>\n

To start with, they have an induction process. Post which, Ipsaa has regular training sessions depending on the immediate need. Ipsaa invites specialists in individual fields to conduct trainings and workshops at least once in a quarter, apart from regular trainings which are held on Saturdays for the current staff. Once in every quarter there is an all staff meeting and training. Regular training sessions are conducted by compliance managers for their clusters at their respective centres for guiding the mentors as well as the nannies. Trainings are based on \u2013<\/p>\n
