Women can have it all or they cannot? Isn\u2019t this a constant debate \u00a0going on in our society for years? The current generation of mothers \u00a0is a confused generation, torn between wanting to have it all for \u00a0themselves but then they are chained by the centuries old practice of \u00a0women being the primary caretaker & nurturer.<\/p>\n

When Amita was expecting her first child, she dreamt, dreamt of a life \u00a0\u2013 balanced life. \u00a0A life where she would not sacrifice her hard earned \u00a0career to take care of her child. She dreamt of balance of \u00a0responsibilities \u2013 responsibilities of parenting that her partner \u00a0would share with her.<\/p>\n

But dreams are dreams after all. She woke up to a reality of nuclear \u00a0family in a metro city in India- Chennai. Her husband had to travel \u00a0several hours in a day to reach work & that made him practically \u00a0unavailable for sharing responsibility of their child. Her employer \u00a0however came in to her rescue. As per the new government guidelines, \u00a0her employer has provided cr\u00e8che benefits to its employees. And they \u00a0have tied up with the best in Chennai \u2013 Amelio Early Education<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Amelio was born out of the belief that a woman can have it all \u2013 a \u00a0fulfilling career and loving, happy children. At Amelio, they create \u00a0and manage high quality preschool daycares so women can discard guilt \u00a0and embrace joy.<\/p>\n
