We recommended that they take a \u00a0break from the other day-care before enrolling with us. The reason \u00a0being we wanted the baby to have a fresh start. The mother was an \u00a0integral part in the process of the settling in along with the child\u2019s \u00a0helper at The Courtyard. Our team of teachers & staff were a strong \u00a0support for the family. The settling in process was gradual. We got \u00a0the mother leave behind the child for few hrs initially. We gradually \u00a0increased the hrs. \u00a0This helped the child form a bond with her helper \u00a0and teacher. It took us a week and the child settled.
