As parents we often question ourselves \u201chow am I doing?\u201d Balancing responsibilities, expectations and relationships always brings some challenge \u2013 you are a spouse, employee, friend, family member etc\u2026 now add parent to the mix and you might be wondering how you\u2019ll get it all done!<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve felt that way many times, but never more than when I was getting ready to\u00a0return to work\u00a0after my maternity leave. I valued my career.
