As a new mom, Sakshi was worried as her 6 months of Maternity leave was going to end soon and she had to get back to work. She was looking for a daycare which had ample space, caring staff, child proof infrastructure and a place where her child would settle. In addition she was looking at a place which would be convenient for her to pick up and drop her child even at a short notice. It was around then that the amendment to the Maternity Benefit Act came into effect, which mandated companies with more than 50 employees to provide for a daycare facility for its employees. Her company also started looking for a daycare service provider to run a state of the art daycare in their premises.
