These cards are a really handy resource to have and can be useful at every stage of the class. The aim of flash card is a great way to present, practice and recycle vocabulary .<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Materials required<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Old Picture books<\/li>\n<li>Cardboard or cardstock<\/li>\n<li>Glue<\/li>\n<li>Unused Visiting cards<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Method<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There are many good picture books available in the market for kids. So using these books, I made these flashcards.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the pictures from the picture book (Good to introduce basic concepts like fruits,vegetables,vehicles,numbers,etc)<\/li>\n<li>Now cut the cardboard or cardstock piece as the size of the picture.<\/li>\n<li>Glue the picture to the cardboard\/cardstock<\/li>\n<li>Use of cardboard gives a nice effect to flashcards unlike the normal laminated ones while cardstock can make the flashcards more durable..<\/li>\n<li>For numbers, I have used visiting cards.
